Who is this for
Seasonal workers who have already worked in Italy and want to return to the same or another farm or hotel.
Requirements
- Previous seasonal work in Italy, ended on time (VERIFY the number of seasons and the years rule in the current decree).
- A multi-year nulla osta can cover up to see the current official threshold years, with a seasonal stay of up to see the current official threshold months each year.
- The employer must request it; the worker cannot self-apply.
